Endoscopic (Small Incision) Brow Lift, Mid Face Lift ScarFree Face Lift™, Vertical Face Lift
As we get older, the brow and forehead are often those areas that show the first signs of aging. Due to the effects of sun and the pull of gravity, the skin begins to sag, resulting in frown lines, wrinkles across the forehead, and increased heaviness of the eyebrows and upper eyelids. These changes contribute to a tired, angry or sad expression that may not reflect the way you feel. Even people in their thirties may have faces that look older than their years.
To reverse these changes a procedure called an Endoscopic Browlift can be performed. This procedure is usually performed between the ages of forty and sixty, but in some is necessary at an earlier age. During this procedure, Doctor Jacono tightens loose skin and lifting the drooping brows and flattening forehead wrinkles. Doctor Jacono uses an Endoscopic Technique where small incisions are made in the hairline, and using an endoscope the size of a drinking straw for visualization, he removes the muscles that cause the frown lines and lifts the sagging brows and skin.

Not infrequently Doctor Jacono will perform a Blepharoplasty (eyelid tuck), facelift, or laser skin resurfacing to provide a harmonious rejuvenation. For those patients without time for recovery he may suggest Botox to help treat forehead lines and wrinkles.
If the Midface (the cheek soft tissue pad) has dropped producing deep nasolabial grooves (grooves between the nose and mouth), and sunken cheeks Dr. Jacono may perform an Endoscopic Midface Lift, or Vertical Face Lift, through the same small incisions in the scalp hair used for the brow lift.

The new "Vertical Facelift" or Mid Face Lift offers an effective alternative to the Traditional Facelift. As one ages, gravity causes the facial tissues to droop in a vertical direction. He calls his techniques the ScarFree Face Lift™. There are few plastic surgeon's who can perform this operation through this approach, without incisions on the face that can potentially be visible. During this endoscopic Mid Face Lift Doctor Jacono often repositions the fallen deep cheek fat called the buccal fat pads.
