This young female patient was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. She felt that her nose was too long and had a droopy bulbous tip with a hump on her nasal bridge. She also wanted to address her very visible crooked nose. Dr. Jacono performed a closed rhinoplasty procedure to address this concerns without any visible scarring. Dr. Jacono reduces the dorsal hump and corrected the slight bend to the right. The after photos show a much more balanced facial appearance with a nose that looks natural and fits her face.

This young woman was concerned about the disproportion of her nasal tip and her nostrils. Dr. Jacono performed a closed rhinoplasty with an alar reduction “nostril reduction”, a slight correction to the bridge, and he refined the nasal tip which included a slight tip rotation. The results are stunning and look very natural.

This patient is only 2 weeks after a closed rhinoplasty to refine her bridge and tip, and raise the tip of her nose. This is a scarless rhinoplasty technique with all incisions internal to the nose. The swelling resolves quickly with the closed technique and nobody at work knows she had surgery.
